This Privacy Policy describes how Michael Wilford ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and stores the data of users ("User," or "you") of the suite of web applications (collectively, the "Services") I develop.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding my use of your information.

2. Data I Collect and Use (Google User Data)

The Services require access to your Google Account data solely for the purpose of validating your access to the system. I strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use Requirements.

I collect and process the following minimal data points upon sign-in:

• Email Address (Source: Google Sign-in userinfo.email): Used to identify and validate your identity against my internal access list. Retention: This data is not stored and is processed only at the time of sign-in for immediate access validation.

• User ID (Source: Google Sign-in openid): Used internally by Google for the authorization flow. Retention: This data is not stored.

I also request the following permission to enable the Services' functionality:

• External Request Permission (script.external_request): This is used to call my secure backend API to retrieve or save data as part of the applications' core function. No personal data is transferred via this scope other than what is necessary for access validation.

I do not collect, use, store, or share any other Google User Data (such as data from your Google Drive, Calendar, or Gmail) beyond the minimal scope required for access validation.

3. User-Submitted Data (Non-Google Data)

The Services allow users to submit information that is necessary for the applications' functionality.

• Data Collected: Submitted text inputs, number values, multiple choice selections, etc. that the User manually submits.

• Purpose: This data is collected solely to fulfill the primary function of the app.

4. Data Storage and Retention

I take reasonable steps to protect your data.

• Storage Location: All user-submitted data is stored in a secured Google spreadsheet.

• Retention Policy: User-submitted data will be retained only until the user deletes it or until the user requests its deletion. I do not set fixed retention periods for this data. If the user stops using the Services, the data remains until deletion is requested.

5. Data Deletion and Access

You have the right to access and delete the user-submitted data I retain.

• Deletion: To request deletion of your user-submitted data, please contact me at support@wilford.dev. I will process the deletion request within 14 days and confirm the removal.

• Access: To access or inquire about the specific user-submitted data associated with your account, please contact me using the information below.

6. Third-Party Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Google User Data or User-Submitted Data to external third parties.

7. Changes to This Policy

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
