1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the suite of web applications (collectively, the "Services") developed by Michael Wilford ("I," "me," or "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. The Services

The Services are a suite of web applications designed to facilitate project organization and data processing. I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

3. User Responsibilities and Account Access

A. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given me your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

B. Account Use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Google account while using the Services. Access to the Services is granted via Google Sign-in for validation purposes as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

C. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Services:

1. For any unlawful purpose;

2. To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

3. To infringe upon or violate my intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

4. To submit false or misleading information;

5. To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;

6. To collect or track the personal information of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) within the Services are owned by Michael Wilford, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Your user-submitted data, however, remains your property.

5. User-Submitted Data

Any data, content, or materials you submit, post, or display on or through the Services is governed by these Terms and my Privacy Policy. You grant me a license to use this data solely for the operation and improvement of the Services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services.

In no case shall Michael Wilford, his affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or me. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by ceasing to use the Services.

If in my sole judgment you fail, or I suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, I also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
